The principal features of work to be performed are: Installing and maintaining erosion and sediment control measures during the duration of the project; Clear and remove all trees, roots, and heavy vegetation from existing dam crest, slopes, earthen auxiliary spillway, and beyond the downstream toe of the dam; Lower and maintain lowered lake elevation; lower and widen the earthen auxiliary spillway; Construct a concrete cut-off wall across the auxiliary spillway; Construct a concrete wave wall along the crest of the dam; Construct stability berm the downstream slope; Extend the reinforced concrete principal spillway outlet; Construct a riprap plunge pool; Install a collar and seepage drain system.
